Lately, there have been inquiries regarding an in-game email promising free rewards to Cabal Online players. The email in question has been identified as a phishing scam.

We urge players to disregard any in-game emails claiming to offer free items, Alz, and/or eCoins. Cabal Online staff members or ESTSoft employees will never ask players to provide their login or password information.

Beware of external phishing sites resembling the PlayThisGame platform, or disguising themselves as official events. No game-related events will ever require players to provide their account information.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a restoration to players who fall for schemes of this nature. It is the players’ responsibility to protect their account information. We advise players to pay close attention to in-game alerts, and to follow the security tips listed in the link below:
